Bumper Donut XXL®: the largest foam buffer (50 cm) for maximum clearance and cushioning

The Bumper Donut XXL® is the largest version in our range of foam bumpers for aerial work platforms and scaffolding, with an outer diameter of 50 cm. The extra-large ring keeps the work platform well clear of walls, glass façades and columns, and the thick foam absorbs even heavier impacts. For situations where you want the greatest possible safety margin and cushioning – without damage, downtime or costs.

Why choose the XXL (50 cm)?

The larger the outer diameter, the more clearance and cushioning. The XXL projects the furthest, giving the widest safety margin to vulnerable surfaces, with a large, soft contact area that spreads the impact optimally. The choice for the most delicate façades (glass, freshly plastered or painted), larger openings or heavy platforms where the standard or XL bumper leaves too little room.

Fits your existing platform

Despite its size, the XXL slides just as easily over the guardrail of the work platform (inner diameter 54 mm) as the smaller sizes. Maximum protection, without any change to the machine.

Applications

For work where protection and clearance are critical: along glass façades and atriums, in showrooms, near freshly finished walls, in car parks and between columns. Widely used by rental companies, contractors and installers who want to rule out any risk of damage.

Also excellent for mobile scaffold towers: the bumpers slide over the guardrail tubes and protect walls and façades when manoeuvring a rolling tower through tight spaces.

Delivery to the UK & EU

We dispatch on working days from our warehouse in the Netherlands to the whole of the UK and EU. Order before 12 noon and we dispatch the same day. Delivery 1–8 working days depending on the country. We handle export documents and EORI; outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway) the recipient pays import duties and import VAT (DAP).

Do you ship to the United Kingdom?

Yes. We ship to both the UK and the EU every working day. We handle the export documents and EORI; UK import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient on delivery (DAP).

Are prices shown including or excluding VAT?

Prices are shown including 21% VAT, with the price excluding VAT shown below. For EU business customers with a valid VAT number we apply the reverse-charge mechanism; UK customers are invoiced ex-VAT.

What is the delivery time to the UK and EU?

After dispatch: 1\u20132 working days in the Netherlands, 2\u20136 working days to most EU countries and 4\u20138 working days to the UK, plus customs clearance time.

Which machines are the TireSocks suitable for?

For scissor lifts, vertical mast lifts and other MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) and access platforms. Always check the tyre size on the sidewall, or use our size finder.

Do you offer volume pricing for hire companies and dealers?

Yes. Rental and hire fleets, distributors and dealers receive volume pricing: larger quantities mean a lower unit price. Just request a quote.
